Regional User Group Meetings - February 2010

Delegates Booking Form

Any Authority who subscribes to the annual administration charge is reminded that four spaces are available to them at the regional user group meetings of their choice (dependent upon maximum numbers that can be accommodated at each venue). The details are circulated to the person who signed Response Form 2, with a request that they notify all interested parties in their organisation. We do request that they then inform  us by completing this booking form and returning it to us!

Please note each Local Authority has stringent rules about payment of invoices, but they all vary, and it is the responsibility of the personnel from the Authority to ensure that their own requirements are met.

Note: A list of confirmed delegates will be kept up to date on the web site www.pillar.saqnet.co.uk/amp.htm

The issue of an invoice for those delegates (at £175.00 each plus VAT)  who are not covered by the annual subscription charge will also serve as confirmation of a delegates place at each regional meeting venue

Cancellations- Delegates places are transferable. There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel seven days before the date of the meeting, no refunds can be made if you cancel after this date.
