In
addition to the agenda refreshments and lunch breaks hot drinks will be
available all day long and additional light snacks can be purchased from the
cafeteria.
When
booking delegates will be asked to express preferences for Workshop attendance
and these will be accommodated wherever possible.

the Exemplar display panels followed by the “Fly Through” of the scheme
with further design team comment and allowing adequate time for delegate
questions. Each design team will be encouraged to mount a display of the
Exemplar Design on the workshop room and bring delegate handouts to issue on
demand.
Cancellations- Delegates places are transferable. There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel before 7th April 2004. No refunds can be made if you cancel after 7th April 2004.
Bookings - Because of the complexity of assigning Delegates to their respective workshop preferences, no bookings can be taken after 7th April 2004
