Use of Pillar Consultancy component
purchasing arrangements (Pillar Consultancy will
undertake any term tenders on behalf of SLA members,
using that member as the host authority to comply with
Standing Orders and Audit requirements, which because of
National Coverage should attract keener tenders than an
individual Authority would achieve)(Pillar Consultancy
