Client Briefing School Building Network Pillar Consultancy has set up the School Building Network to assist local authorities. It has been established as a self funding exercise to promote development of AMP's and other school related issues. The network has the support of the Building Design Unit of the DCSF and is controlled by a Focus Group which comprises representatives of the Local Authorities, Pillar Consultancy and the DDCSF .
